Use the FinSourceOne Shop to order new subscriptions and additional licences for active subscriptions. If you order a trial licence, you can try the subscription for 21 days and then make your decision. If a discount applies, it is calculated automatically in the shopping cart.
Trial period is 21 days
Each new subscription that you activate is subject to a 21-day trial period. After that, your subscription is final. Except when you cancel before the end of the trial period. Naturally, we will inform you about this in due time so you have enough time to make a final decision. The Subscriptions section (accessible from your personal menu, Manage section) shows you which applications you have subscriptions to and which applications have trial subscriptions active. Note that this requires admin rights.
If a trial subscription is active, you can click the corresponding status to send an email that will stop the trial subscription.
Order extra licences
All subscriptions available to you are indicated as active (trial) subscriptions. You may see disabled next to the order button. This means you cannot use this method to order additional licences. You can only order additional licences by using the ‘Additional licences for active subscriptions’ option. This is located at the very top of the shop screen.
Upgrades
If an upgrade is available for a subscription, you can email your upgrade requirements to us by clicking the email button next to the subscription. Unfortunately, this is necessary because automatically updating your subscription is not possible. After receiving your message, we will directly arrange the upgrade.
Specifics
The ODV robot is set up for a fee for each robotised file, so an order always has 100 licences. In principle, this ensures you never lack for licences.
