Onboarding notifications

When onboarding or logging in, you may encounter one of the messages below. This is probably because some items still need to be set up. Rest assured, in this article, we will help you get underway quickly.

 

It appears you already have an account

We checked the verification code and found that a FinSourceOne account is already activated for the email address you want to register with. Register again with a different email address or log in to continue.

 

No subscriptions are active yet

No subscriptions are yet active for the business account linked to your user account. So, you cannot use FinSourceOne. Go to the shop to activate a subscription.

 

No business account found

You probably created a user account via the blue button ‘Login with Azure Active Directory’. So, your account is not linked to a business account and you cannot use FinSourceOne. 

 

This means your account will be deleted automatically as soon as you close this screen. This allows the manager of the desired business account to create an account for you with the same email address.

 

The key entered is already in use

We found that the key was already used to activate a FinSourceOne business account. This means your account will be deleted automatically as soon as you close this screen. This allows the manager of the active business account to create an account for you with the same email address.

 

No apps were activated

No knowledge and/or advice apps are activated for your account. So, you cannot use FinSourceOne. Unless, of course, your account is solely for admin purposes. 

 

Go to My Account to activate apps or ask your administrator to do this for you.
