If you have a subject matter question or cannot work out a case, you can always ask our specialists your question. You do so by clicking on the ‘Ask a question’ button in Up-to-date. An email template is displayed in which you can ask your question and add any necessary attachments. We will answer your question within 48 hours. If your question is really interesting, we will publish your question as a case study (of course, fully anonymised).
Asking questions is covered by fair use. This means you are welcome to ask questions regularly, but should the number of questions or the amount of time required per question exceeds the average, we will handle your (subsequent) questions on an hourly basis. Of course, we will coordinate this with you beforehand so you have no unexpected surprises.
The availability of the ‘Ask a question’ feature can vary from one Up-to-date app to another. For example, it is not available in every country or for every target group/sector.
